The whole point of sites such as Beoworld is to provide information that B&O can't or won't and that includes new models. So I understand the criticism of editing a post. But Lee has a problem because as the owner of this site he is responsible for what it contains. If he publishes an image that is copyright of B&O or that was obtained

Jean, Many thanks for the response. You are right about the PUC software - from the forum it seems there are gaps in a lot of the PUC lists that could be filled by enthusiastic customers! Chris

Hi, Just a quick question that someone out there may be able an kind enough to answer. I have a Sony RDR-HXD890 DVD/HDR connected to a BC6-26. I was thinking about having the STB list updated to control it but the latest Sony DVD/HDR controller code set is for the RDR-HX1010. Has anyone tried controlling a recent Sony DVD/HDR using the RDR-HX1010 codes

Pestria, I understand that for a B&O fan choosing a new TV is never easy but are you are making life more difficult than it needs to be? There's a huge difference in size between a BV6-26 and a BV5. Viewing distance alone should help you reduce your options.

I haven't got the brochure anymore - shop's own promotion - but having checked the B&O site and seen there's no mention of it there I suspect it must have been the *** iPod dock they were featuring. I think I may have been sreading false information. From memory it looked very much like the *** unit, too. **** Best not say who the dealer

Don't know about the sub and larger BV7 but I understood the iPod dock is already availalbe. At least my dealer recently sent me out a brochure with it included and quoted me a price for it - £350. He also advised me that he would recommend Apple TV instead as it integrates better and gives you on-screen display of content. As I understood

I took a look at the info on the B&O website but still couldn't really work out what the BS% does. Still not sure I understand what it's for. Maybe that accounts for the slow sales.

Hey Flappo. You have really brightened my afternoon. Tippex! Love it. Any other good uses for it?

I've only heard BL9s in a showroom, which is not the optimum environment to assess them. They sound very good but I felt the bass is more tuned to music - I'm not sure if you will have the solid bass you are used to for action movies, etc, without the BL2. I agree with the previous post about the BL2 and music though. Subs are just no good for

I assume you refer to the built-in Freeview module from B&O. I have similar installed in a BC6-26 and find the program list refreshes very slowly, with some channel data very slow to load. The B&O Freeview interface is not that functional - it only shows now and next across all channels so finding out what's on a few hours or days ahead
