It's extremly hard to justify spending £13k on a TV, when there are apparently other independantly tested TV's on the market (Pioneer's latest Kuro for one) which will arguably give you a superior picture for a third of the price. I had a demonstration yesterday and thought both TV's were excellent, aside from the screen size I was wondering whether the price premium of the BV4 over the BV7 was justified. I was told that tha latest version of the BV 7 has the same BS 3 as the BV 4...decisions decisions.

Thank you Graham, I seemed to recall with the CRT TV's there was something to do with picture quality/transmission signal, which meant TV from other European countries could not be used here. Nice to know they have got around this issue.

Timhanna, What made you decide to go for that particular TV, over some of the other non B&O TV's, which on the face of it appear to provide the same picture quality if not better. ?

Hi, If I buy either a B&O plasma or LCD in say Denmark is it compatible with the UK, or do we in the UK require a TV built specifically for this market ?
