Thanks BeoFab I am interested in mood lighting in one room (20ft x 11ft) with dimmable downlights etc and motorised blinds/curtains. I thought anything to do with Lutron was expensive,is yours a single light source and how much did it cost if you don't mind me asking.

  • Re: 2 centre Speakers

Got another centre speaker with a passive connection ceiling mounted and the sound is fantastic , just waiting to try out the 7.1 setup with a decent Blueray or HD movie on the projector.

  • Re: The buying experience ... a 7-32 vs 7-40

I recently switched from a BV7 32 to BV7 40 MK3 and very glad that i did. the MK3 gives you added facility for projector setup and speaker roles as well as having a very good picture quality

  • Re: BV7 40 MK3

i have now 2 speaker setups - one for the Tv and the other for the projector screen which is on a different wall, the 7.4 speaker connected to the tv is good for the tv setup -Beolabs 8000 x 4 and beolabs 4000 as surround for the projector and i have been advised that i need a separate centre speaker for the projector setup. Hope this makes sense

  • Re: 2 centre Speakers

Yes , My projector is in the same room, I am looking to purchase a BV7 40 MK3 tv so that i can use the different roles for the speakers and my dealer is suggesting a second centre speaker for the projector. I tried doing the above before i realised that i need the bv7 mk3 as the bv7 32 does not have that facility.

do you have a 7.1 setup ? Unfortunately I have to put the screen on a different wall to the tv and hence could end up with 2 speaker setups
