Well, I don't get on here too much but I popped in last night and a very kind person fixed my BS2300 issues. So I thought I'd try again with a slightly more complex one.... OK, so I spent all my money on B&O over the years and now the house is full of stuff, and I mean full. However, it seems that I still struggle with simple things, either

Cool, I was just about to tell you off for being wrong as I just tried what you said using a Beolink 1000, and it didn't work. THEN! I remembered, there is a MUTE button on the 2300 itself... So I pressed that AND... it's worked, the green LED has gone out, thanks. So now I'll see if I can find it in the manual too. The 2300 I have must

Hi Beobloggers, Errr, don't like to ask but... I just picked up a v.nice Beosystem 2300, to replace my aging (but still lovely and working Beosystem 5500). Happy as Larry you could say. BUT! I don't know what I did (if I did) but the display on the 2300 now has a little green LED showing, just left of the little red one, when in stand-by mode

It does work OK in one-way mode with BM5500, for the record. I don't have any other two way kit to truly test but wanted to be sure the BL5000 was not faulty before I get rid of it agian, if no use to me as it stands. Ta.

Hi, I just picked up a Nice beolink 5000 but after setting it up, doesn't seem to work in two-way mode with Beomaster 5500, which I'm sure it should. Just says 'No Contact' and I don't know if this is because the receiving side of the BL5000 is not working. The Beomaster is working fine two way with Master Control Panel. Was the

I can send you a tracing of mine for the CD5500 which might be OK? The card is about 2mm thick max.

£5,995 !!!! In 2005 I wanted a Plasma, just did OK :-) So what was I to do? BV4 £12,000 errr nah! So I went and got a Panasonic £2k, that's better. Once the 3rd one was delivered I actually got one that worked. Then I switched it on and sat back. You have to sit back because if you look too close then you see the picture of the

Hi, I have an Avant that does have DSS fitted and thus 4 x Powerlink sockets (two each for front and rear). I've seen others on ebay that don't have the DSS fitted and pictures show no power link sockets at all. Does this mean that there's no way to connect any B&O active speakers to these TVs unless DSS unit is fitted? Depending on

Can anyone tell me which setting I should be using on my AVANT for the FRONT surround speakers. Menu 'SOUND' > 'SPEAKERS' options say 'Type-A' or 'Type-B' Changing between the two options seems to decrease the outpout level slightly (with Type B). The manual only refers to speaker types BL 8000 - BL Penta, BL 6000s

My avant (1999) is NTSC, but I'm sure you could check on here to say for sure if you 1994 will be NTSC too Jack
