Is there really nobody wich have tried the newer panel Panasonic TH-42PH10 panel with a Beosystem 2 ???????

A Beosystem 2 will normally only start up if a known Plasma Display Panel (e.g. BV4 or Panasonic) is connected to the unit, because the BS2 after sending commands to the PDP is waiting for answers back from the PDP that the commands is recieved. After having looked at the asychronous RS232 protocol from the BS2 and the expected call backs from e.g.

OK, the problem is solve for now - it was not the Pentas but the PowerLink cable !
