I must admit I am a little disappointed by the BV-10. Firstly the sound is not as good as has been mentioned in the forum, and secondly the build construction is no where as solid as the BV-5. I was surprised that there is no rubber backing and the polished aluminium is not as good as the brushed ones in BV5. Thirdly, the corners are sharp! Picture

Is there any reason why as a second room tv a 7-32 is better than 10-40? I was thinking that a 7-32 panel can be upgraded in the future if new panels are produced with a more superior sound? A 7-32 floor stand with no DVD is similiar in price to a 10-40. Also both have no BS3 thanks Vince

I would just trade in the screen which I might suspect you get about £1K for a MKIV (with or without BR). Since the stand and speaker is the same, In addition the speaker is better quality than BV10. I did this for when I had MK2 and upgraded to MKIII with BR upgrade free. Good luck Vince

thanks Russ, I have a buffalo NAS and music is ripped from iTunes. Can the sonos player be connected directly to speakers (I have lab 9 front and 8000 rear and a BC2 and BV7). Do you need special cables? Which sonos box do you have, the one without amplifier i presume? It's the connection and cabling that I am a little confused about thanks Again
