• Re: Beosystem 3 issues
if you put a CD in the BC2 and you give a DVD command to the BS3; what happens than?
The CD Plays - the screen still shows the DVD screen.
Very odd if it is all OPT programmed correctly. Possibly a bad ML board in the BS3 (all though why would it pass the commands in link rooms?) if your running the newest software etc. and are 100% on your configuration settings then it would be wise to setup a service call..... of course do the B&O all time reset

Yes, everything is connected by ML.

  • Re: Nradio and BBC Radio, does it work?

I'm in the UK right now and it is rather hit or miss as to whether I can receive BBC Radio 4 with N.Radio - it seems to work when selecting the channel, leaving it for the one next to it, then going back to it, so I suspect that there still is an issue with N.Radio's buffering. BTW, I happily receive Radio 4 over in Spain using a Pure internet

  • Re: Beomedia INside and Out

Sorry - wasn't a criticism! Without that diagram, I doubt if I'd ever bothered taking it in to get fixed etc. Like the squashed fly on the diagram though - really adds to the picture :)

  • PUC - is there an equivalent for the SAGEM ISD91 HD

Hi, I have a Sagem ISD91 HD - used to pick up the French TNT-SAT broadcasts, but the PUC list doesn't seem to include it. I've been using it for some time with the box remote, but it would be much more preferable to use it with the Beo4. Is anyone using this box (as it is relatively quite common in France), and if so, what is the equivalent

Yes, Beo4 (a few of them!)
A bit .The first post was that you were having problems with the gray cable etc? So you sorted it out? The dots on the picture are the pins on the mainboard.
Yes, I deciphered your diagram - extremely useful! Thanks.

  • Re: Beomedia INside and Out

The tricky part of building a Beomedia 1 is twofold; the B&O PCI board in the box which handles ML, and the fact that the software runs on Windows XP Embedded. The Beomedia app seems to be a Flash app. Now if the drivers from the PCI card could be removed, then that could make a very interesting option! LifestyleAV have a number of Beomedia 1s available
