    Mark, As a fellow doctor,(Radiologist), that has to be the most humble letter I have ever read from a surgeon!! It is quite obvious you are not an orthopaedic surgeon!!     Thanks, Patrick. I am hoping that Struer must have an answer. Surely, if they completely wipe the software and reload Oz version it will work? After all, what is in those they send to the shops here? The guts of the phone cannot be different for each country. Cliff

    Oh dear! This does not sound good for a speedy solution. Are we the only ones in Australia to have the problem? If any dealers are reading this, perhaps they could chip in anonymously.     Can anyone please help with this problem? Last year whilst in London, I had an acute Beovirus attack and bought a Serene. At the time, they were unavailable in Australia but I was assured that it would work with the Australian SIM card.
