Did you know that the Danes probably makes the best beer in the world, too? Roger
OT but................. advertising apart, there a more than a few chaps in Newcastle who will be prepared to argue
I can imagine, Puncher, that the Danes in order to support their marketing

@Thomas I haven't, moreover, as I type on my laptop which is entirely disconnected from BeoPort hardware which it once had installed, I can confirm that thousands of internet stations are still available. The list was without any problem auto-updated when I switched N.RADIO on to check for you - and it, at present, includes 117 stations from Norway
"How do I edit information on the CD (like the cover, if it's a compilation album etc.)?" If BP doesn`t find any information about your CD, a window opens, and you can add title, composer....Adding/changing coverart is just drag and drop. Unfortunately I don't have BS/BM5 hence my BeoPort is setup accordingly... without it, that is. The only thing I thought of/imagined is: when you connect an external HD to your PC, wouldn't scanning of portable devices (that's what an external HD is) help with your issue making it visible to your BeoPort? In my setup, you do it in BeoPort
It would be really nice if B&O considered all of their long standing customers who bought a Beoport many years ago to run Satellite TV etc from the main rom TV through the MasterLink and into the PC. This required a special ATi (who now don't make PAL cards) or Hauppauge TV card which is now obsolete.
Good

So I only need 50pct of the data transfered to get a perfect digital signal? There must be a new niche then for a coax cable production facility in China!

Perhaps such a system would just need (to be programable to) react to its master's voice and few others only, otherwise there would indeed be troubles as pointed out above - or during a family quarel (or an excited party) as to what should the system be playing now.

This really looks great - congrats!

Dear bandoboy, I might sound a bit harsh, but … stop moaning – for your own good. There is no one to help you, least so the media industry, but yourself (and the BeoWorld, of course! ) That something is “too expensive” and never “perfect” is/should be a standard input from ANY buyer in general, recession or no recession…
