  • Connecting Airport Express to BC2 using Optical cable

Is anyone able to tell em whether you can connect an airport express via an optical cable to a BC2 socket box. I have an ordinary analogue Aux. A. connection between the two and that works fine. I am wondering whether I can change this to optical digital to improve the sound. Am I also able to use the S-video on the BC2 Socket box to do the same thing

  • Re: Bosscom retailer in Australia

dylan: Hi All, I want to get hold of some combined masterlink/antenna wall plates, and possibly some masterlink/RF cable, from Bosscom but am getting no joy from their website or e-mail as to whether they have any Australian outlets. Anybody aware if their stuff is available here? thanks Dylan My B&O dealer in Sydney has an electrician that adapts

  • Re: New BC2 is defferent to old one!

One important thought on this issue is that you don't actually know what you are buying when you choose B&O. It seems to me that the MKII is a completely different machine than the MKI. It is just put in the same case. The two machines obviously look exactly the same but are as different as buying a Philips or a Pioneer!!! In another world this

  • Does anyone know who heads B&O Australia?

I recently was given information that B&O Australia have decided not to sell second hand products in their showrooms as they used to do (trade ins). I think this is such a shame as it leaves only e-bay to buy these products. In years past I have bought several products second hand from showroom and the advantage is that they were inspected by service

  • Re: Faulty B&O. Is it a reliable product?

Dude1: Just a quick help with a few of your issues, which look like most have been resolved. BS3 - This was found to have an issue with humidity in OZ / Asia. The top pad has now been redesigned so should be fine. The ones they are selling again in Oz / Asia are the new version. BC2 - You may have had a software issue. These have been common. Bang HO

I am now a more happey B&O owner. To fill you in on the goings on several things have happened. I have had my BC2 completely replaced by a new one. After perhaps 6 or 8 tech visits there was nothing more that they could do. The Avant picture is still not in the centre - but I will have to live with that! (I had on loan a DVD1 when my BC2 was not

  • Beosound 3000 with small clamper

Does anyone know when B&O made the Beosound 3000 with the smaller clamper. Later models had the disc clamper almost the size of the CD. Earlier ones had thee smaller diameter clamper.

  • TV tuns on automatically. Help!

Please excuse me but I have asked this question before and cannot either eremember the answer or find it on the forum. I have BC2 connected to an Avant. If I leave the DVD munu running for a while the BC2 will turn off and the TV turns on by itself! A bit unnerving if it does it when you don't expect it. I thought it was an option problem but I

Beolab: Alex: I dont know the actual cost to upgrade ur current BC2 to the new one. The MKII is the same price as the MKI. the software was updated to do single push commands instead of pressing go before the arrows now you only push the arrows (which makes more sense to me) and the steel finish is also new. The hourglass when you push the load button
