I had the same problem ... the beosound (display) was defect. the master started without a problem but it could not detect the extral display. I was able to navigate on the tv screen connected on the master. Hi, I just installed my new BM5 but I have some problems with the screen resolution. It is connected to a BV9 (external) and connected via VGA.
