Yes I've noticed it's listed under "Daily use" - can't believe I missed it before. Anyway, I formatted the card, put it in the iTunes mode for the twentieth time I think, and still nothing. There must be either something fundamental or something really small and obvious I missed, but I just lost all my will and interest for now

I've tried the 128MB SD card that came in the package and there's no difference. It doesn't show up on the desktop and it doesn't show up in iTunes. EDIT: I remembered I can format the 2GB card I've been using before in my BeoSound 4. I did and still nothing. The computer doesn't see it, though the red light is on, which according

Thanks, that was swift! Is there a way to reset the SD card while it's inside the BeoSound 2? I don't have a card reader.

I got a new one today and they were very kind about it all. Strangely, I think it's one of the older models, because it came with a 128MB SD card and a pouch for the A8's, whereas the broken one just came with a black bag with B&O's logo and a neck strap. Anyway, I'm not complaining, as long as it's new and nothing is hanging

So I got my new replacement BeoSound 2 today. I think I got an older version as it came with a 128MB SD card and unlike the previous one, the installation CD doesn't have the Mac icon on it ( is this a big problem - because I can get the CD back from my dealers tomorrow. Or can I just download everything from B&O's webpage? ). The old BeoSound

I was in the same situation a month or two ago. Before I finally decided I tried all sorts of combinations: I started with BeoLab 4 PC, just to go with my MacBook Pro, then I thought, no, I'll get a BeoSound 1 instead; it sounds better and has a CD player. After that I realised I could probably get a used BeoSound 3000 with BeoLab 4000s for almost

I was just about to post about Juicy Salif, but then I figured it isn't really used daily. It mostly just stands there and looks beautiful, while you use the electric one : ) Otherwise, I'm surprised no one mentioned Artemide's Tolomeo light. I have two in my apartment, one for the desk and a floor standing one and I just love them. Also

So I got my new BeoSound 2 on friday and when I took it out of the box the plastic part which connects to the dock was somehow broken - it was hanging out on one side. So I took it right back to my dealer. I called them today and he said there seems to be a part missing or is broken and that they will order it and fix it. What I'm thinking is, taking

Villette010: I think I'm repeating myself too, but I'm just a little surprised that lots of people seem to be missing the true purpose of such a new (and I think exciting) system. It would be strange if people complained that BeoCenter 2 didn't have the recording facility of BeoSound 3200 or BeoSound 4 - they would be missing the point of

Beofan2: Buy your music online! That´s how we will buy music in the future. If you choose to buy CD´s rip them yourself, it´s not that difficult! I did, but I don't anymore. The price difference between an album bought on iTunes and the same CD bought is minimal, but the difference in sound quality between a CD and an iTunes aac
