Congratulations, it looks great! Was it the one from B&O at Bromma Blocks? I almost bought that one, it was very tempting! :)

Yes, the black 7000 look much better than the white one, the white syste looks much more plastic and a lot tackier in my opinion. The black Beogram looks a bit odd, the black platter is not that beautiful imho, but still much better than the white one. The alu version is my favourite, I think that the mix of aluminium panels and black really makes Jensen's

The 7000 does not have Masterlink.
I totally agree with everything that Dude1 is saying. What i'm finding amusing is people are defending this product because it is 'entry level'. Entry level at £900!!! Entry level at £250 maybe. The joke is £900 in the UK would actually buy a top quality seperates system with proper speakers. It's like
I started reading the coments and everyone was oblivious to the blatant B&O copy. Only until Mr. Plwh Stylemister popped on to say so eloquently "it look like the Bang & Owhatever MP3 Player from some years ago."
I don't find that strange at all - the Apple puck mouse is MUCH more wellknown

John, I'm using a pair of M150s with my bm7000 in my livingroom and I have been doing so for 15 years. However, I also have two recently renovated bm8000s and a recently renovated bm6000 (as well as a bunch of lesser-specified amps). Yes, the 8000 and the 6000 performs better, but in my opinion the difference is not that big as one might believe
Oh I didn't know that!!! You'd think I'd know that by now. Impedance is the Ohms correct? Have no idea how to find out the sensitivity?
Yes, thats right!. More about impedance: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electrical_characteristics_of_a_dynamic_loudspeaker The sensitivity is oftened mentioned in the
What's bad about the Beomaster 6500 amplifier wise?
Its sound ;-) Well it's not that bad, but it's not one of their really greatest amps. That said, I've got a 7000 and I'm using it everyday (even right now) - with a pair of M150s, actually :-)
