Assuming you are working with North American equipment, we then have to check whether you have a genuine, Apple-branded Video Out cable for your iPhone. Earlier 3rd-party ones won't work with the iPhone. You will also have to go into the Settings menu and enable Video Out there.

My guess is it's an attempt to mimic the structure of "All that glitters is not gold," but I agree that it ends up sounding awkward -- "are not designed to be worn" is a more complex verbal phrase than "is not gold."

The NTSC MX5x00 series do the same thing, as I recall.

Actually, the answer is no. The V-AUX port is only if you using an NTSC MX5x00 television.

The short answer is no, there is no way to do this. The difference between the passive center and the active front and rears make this untenable. You can always adjust Bass and Treble within the AV7000 itself, however
