hi all, will a beomedia 1 work with an avant? i have the relevant options on the beo 4 PC-N.RADIO etc so could be good to go... i have a dvd1 and a stb connected to the sockets on the avant and to give yourselves a better idea all my system is connected via a beolink converter. thanks

my beocentre 2300 has been connected to a beolink converter box which is mainly connected to my avant via the masterlink socket. from there is a powerlink and datalink cable which in turn goes into the beocentre 2300 via a 3 way cable in the aux socket on the bc2300 i purchased a 3 way cable from b&o and have my beogram9500 and powerlink connected

god yes, each revolution of the platter with the needle grating is one step closer to soundsmiths with a wad of money! not the stuff dreams are made of!!!! are the needles (original mmc/etc) very hardy or very susceptible to damage?

ok here is how i set up my kit. my partner uses the beo cable for her ipod and just plugs into the phono cable and she just uses it as is. all speaker functions are the same as if it was the beogram connected. with the exception of a crappy supressed sound avant-linked-bc2300-bl8000 at the front. when i switch on i get speaker 3 which gives me all the

so i was right, it does sense it by weight! i thought it did, how else would it know the difference??? weight sensing would be more cost effective and less of a headache to shoehorn into such a small area, i guess anyhow those who have the beogram9500 or the like beware of heavyweight seven inch 45's! you may end up losing the tip of your needle
