• Re: BeoPlayer/BeoPort/BeoSound 5 & gapless music: where are we?
This would worry me as arrogance tends to be a precursor to most failures. I wish them the best of luck.
Apple have been down this road before, and their arrogance with their proprietary formats, firewire, etc etc. I forsee their demise with users ultimately locked in to doing things their way, rather than an eco

  • Re: New B&O earphones for iPhone

I am glad they have updated the micro, agreed that it's not B&O style. The issue I had with the earset3 i purchased in London was that the cable that connected to the microphone kept coming out leaving the wire exposed out of the casing, and thought it was bad quality. They are sitting in their packaging as I don't want to use it. I have

Hi Ed, Interesting reply,. If, I too, were a dealer I would be pleased in the strategy. Wishing them all the best for execution. Thanks to Beo d for the link. Hi Paul, if you think the prices are high, I should send you the Australian price list lol. Prices are high, but then again they have a lot of competition at that price point, even from 'regular'

  • Re: Press release: new product categories

I'm not 100% sure if B&O need to stick to Apple like a limpet. It's B&O, not Apple. If i wanted an Apple product, i'd buy apple (which I do). I am thankful for integration in B&O products, but Apple also need to come to the party too. Apple doesn't support DLNA and would be wise to do so. It would be nice to have my content

  • Re: Flash your B&O!

Hey Paul. Thanks. This site isn't the most intuitive with loading photos lol, so it looks on the wrong angle, but you get the idea. In terms of sound quality, i liken them to a crisper and deeper BL4, and I think it's sharper than my BL4000's which I adore. I purchased the white model with white covers and received a complimentary pair of
SORRY, this is what Wikipedia has to say:
LOL. Who ever believes what wiki has to say. A lecturer friend of mine loves giving D's on students assignments who quote Wiki as a reference. Australia used to do KDK (knock down kits) in other cars years ago. My 1 series is made in Germany. The actual company site for

  • Re: Scams on secondhand B&O equipment?
I'm glad you're happy with them! They are truly a perfect pair of Beolab 4000s!!
Of course, they're magnificent and in brand new condition. They are the best computer speakers in the world LOL. I'm so glad they were the MK1's with the power button on each speaker. Also, nice to briefly meet
