You can plug your HDD into one of the USB inputs and plug a keyboard/mouse into the second input of the BeoMaster 5. Enter the service menu and file transfer the data. You need to know what you are doing so I recommend you seek assistance from your local dealer who might be able to assist for a small fee!

Choose Sky HD if you can as the picture quality and user interface is far superior.

FYI in the UK you can now buy a BeoVision 6 26 chassis with 2 HDMI brand new with a Beo4 1710 for £2500.00. Only 225 units available and IMHO a better buy overall than the BroVision 8. A true B&O product without the body building supplements lol

Hi Paul You need to turn on scart control in the picture settings of the sky box settings and this will cure your problems as pin8 on the scart switches on and off the box. Regards w5bno123

Hi I have sussed it! When you go into Menu via Standby and LIST scroll through to CONFIG and VIDEO? appears press GO and then change to 6. Press BACK to come out of menu to ADD? again and it will appear in the list. Regards w5bno123

I tried mine too and it's not in the list! Why do you need it for your bv1?
