Question 5 17% correct - this is the storage compartment for a spare cartridge in a Beogram 8002 - I accepted any similar beogram though the space is too small really to be an 8000. It is under the metal flap which covers the arm.

Congratulations! But why stand alone? Link something to the BV7. A BS4 would be quite a good match or a BS3000 if you are looking for a bargain price! Delighted to welcome another member of the Penta fan club.

Keep asking - I know B&O like a bit of dissent even if it just whips up people to justify the product. Sycophancy alone is of no benefit. Without people such as yourself questioning decisions, there is less impetus to improve. I may not agree with all you say but I defend your right to say it! At the time of set up. You can choose from logos for TV channels and radio stations from a very large library. You also get the option of using free text and choosing the colours there as well. Each button can be assigned either a logo or text as well as the IR code or sub-menu code. This does require the software so make a list of what you want before

A B&O service engineer did tell me that the 5700 were very impressive speakers - but, as you say, huge! Not as big as M100s or MS150s though! Have you got the stands?
