Bingo: I ment the title exactly as I said. They have more then once twisted a truth, yes!. When I mentioned when the Beovision 7 came out, that HDMI was needed from the start to make a futureproof TV, their answer was. B&O costumers do not need that. They don't care about that. How far from the truth can you be, now so many people who bought

Keith, I think in reality sales are down throughout the EU region but product launches and the way the accounts have been compiled mask this. If one looks at new product launches just this year, BV9, BL9 ect. Every dealer has to have one of each item for stock- so all this counts as sales. In reality whats happening is that units moved have fallen but

Keith Saunders: Reading the company's financial report shows that the UK has had a 4% drop in revenue compared with last year, Holland also saw a drop otherwise the rest of the world appeared to be in line with expectation. This is the second year where the UK revenues have dropped, yet the overall gross margins were up by 0.6% to 46.6%. Its not

When i had my BS2 updated my understanding from B&O engineers was that any BS2 could be updated although the official line seems to be the early version mk1 cant be updated, the second version can be and the mk111 already has DVI out. That how you identify it, it just has a DVI socket that bypasses the bs2. As for non B&O panels, it will operate

I attempted to sell my BV4 42"( non HD panle but HD upgrade to BS2 and NO ONE wanted it. I had the dealers offering £1500 for it but then changed their

Its an interesting point - and being involved in a consumer electronics company in china I realise that most brands make no money at all. I think the question is what would YOU DO if you were at the head of B&O?? ok so plasma prices are down. If they reduce the price of the BV9 by - lets say £2500- will this equate to more sales??? does the

Im not really sure what the point of the original post is! yes plasma and LCD have dropped but thats the nature of consumer electronics, How much did you pay for your first video? - I paid £1100 for mine ( now £38) the first plasma?( the first sony plasma was £14500) the difference now is that the public is not being convinced that

GuyHui : May be off topic, but my dream would be to run a Full HD 1080p DLP projector that is pluged on the BeoSystem3. BL5 and BL3 would be part of the "fiesta". I am dyning to see such configuration like this one ! Guy Well when i tried the BS3 with a full hd projector im afraid the results were not as good as I had planned. BS3 although
