Here are some pics, hope I they come through! I wouldn't know what timing belt it is Andy. I just went to a belt specialist and he helped me out. P.S. Thanks Peter!! Will let you know when it arrives!

The volume and tuning belts on my Beomaster were broken. Naturally they aren't available from B&O. SO.......I decided I had to do something. I bought a Wide timing belt which is essentially what the original belts look like. I cut them to the right width (length was perfect) and voila! My Beomaster is working perfectly. Oh dear! Thought that might be the answer I'd get. I'm going to do some investigation into it and hopefully will come up with something!

Hi all! My BM 1700 arrived today all the way from the U.K. (Thanks to the person who brought it over for me). Amazing condition, works like a dream EXCEPT the tractor belt for tuning is broken. I could try and fix it but does anyone know how I can get a replacement belt? Any ideas much appreciated!

The 5700 are big speakers and need a powerful amp to drive them plus two other speakers, i'm not suprised its battling. I wouldn't recommend using the 9500 with the 5700 alone. I use BM4400 to drive my 5700. Well thats my thoughts

That is shocking! Apart from the fact that its B&O equipment, the items belonged to you and the way that they treated them is a total lack of consideration and respect for you. Might have also been a bit of a case of jealousy? There are no excuses though!
