The new Chicago Bang & Olufsen store has opened at 609 North State Street. I have a Beocenter 2 and have not had a problem. However this past year, my Beolab 2 stopped working. The ICEpower amplifier was replaced without charge. I don't think it is normal to have something repaired every year especially for a new system.

Munin: Is there anyone out there who knows to what extent the Serenata is compatible with Mac OS X Leopard. More specifically: will Serenata work with iCal and Mail 3.0. I have an inexpensive LaCie USB hard drive and use it to run TimeMachine. Everything is fine on Leopard except Google Earth. That's a real tragedy but I'll survive. I know some people have had problems but for me Leopard is perfect. I am really impressed that Leopard is working so well. Bill

The new store which will be on State street will open in sometime in mid November. Pat Roche is the new manager. They have not sent out an announcement about the opening yet. I also have installed Leopard and everything is great so far. Mail and Safari seem to run faster. Leopard was supposed to be delivered by 10:30 this morning. Peter: I can't see SACD making it now. I am sure the DVD formats will replace this. Peter, You are probably right on the DVD formats replacing SACD. There is an announce standard for 3" Blu-ray CDs. There is probably the same for HD DVD. One would think that the format competition would be finished by now. Bill
