You need Beolink Passive kits if you plan to use passive speakers. These will connect via a Masterlink cable to your system. You can use any normal speakers you like - I use B&W in one of my rooms. The Beolink Active is for active speakers and are best suited to Beolab speakers. I dare say other makes can work but cannot advise about this. All the

Lovely car. When I was getting mine, I looked at a Jaguar E-Type as that was the car I always drooled over when a boy. However I decided that I would never want to leave it parked anywhere so decided on something I would mind less if damaged and also less likely to be damaged! I think the 356 would fall into the E-Type bracket! I did have a Mk2 GT6

Mystery solved! Check the bass driver for foam rot - they all have it unless already repaired. Good price!

It is certainly possible - I do it myself! In your system however you are limited by the number of inputs to the Beomaster. The sound from the computer is essentially at line level and so needs to go to the Tape input of the Beomaster. You can get the Tape/CD splitter for the 2400 but I guess you are already doing this! I agree - I do get let out into traffic more! The acceleration on mine is pretty good though the brakes are not servoed so braking is probably the weak point. It does have uprated ventilated discs though and Green Stuff pads but is a much heavier car to drive than something modern. Much lighter to steer with air in the tyres though as I found out on

I am sure it can be -there is a hidden service menu which allows further calibration. Whether this is a good idea is another matter.

Somewhat surprising to me too! I think bronze was the description though! They did sound good - mainly because of the big woofer at the back. The extending speakers always seemed like a gimmick to me though and the lack of a VCR because of this made the whole device seem expensive for what you got, especially when the Avant came out.

magnusanders: Thanks! How is that easliest done? That would be my reaction as well! I dare say Martin would service it for you or a dealer.

Very nice! My mother had a 1972 MGBGT from new. Always liked the interior. That one looks in very good condition. Had my GT6 out on Saturday - blew up the tyres and fixed a petrol leak - now fine again! Only the third time it has been out this year! Disgraceful!

Agreed! Though the orange AV5 seems to be much in demand now! I am sure the majority of sets will be black or silver - just like BV7s! I suppose I rather like Loewe because they tend to have a recognisable Loewe feel to them. The round sensor or switch seems to mark them out.
