I think, if you like the sound of the BL5 you will like the sound of your records via BL5. I have a BS7000 with Beogram 7000 (MMC2) from a linkroom connected to AUX input of my BS9000 with BL5. For me the sound is just great. The sound will be send analog via Masterlink or Powerlink - depends on your setup - to BL5. Only CD sound is sent via spdif.

There are two BL5 versions on the market. The early one without pincode protection and the newer one with pincode. The newest sw of the early one is 1.62a as far as I know. The other is 2.62 (?). You can connect your BL video to an audiosystem with audio aux link. So you can acces all video sources in the main room. Audiosystem should be in A.OPT 2. Or you can use an ML-MCL converter and connect an MCL 2A. MCL 2A should be in L.OPT 2 or 4. Stefan

No. First I meant my own setup WITH audiomaster (BS9000), second was Rogers example with a BV7 in the main room and WITHOUT audiomaster. So I can imagine, radio function behaves different in these different setups. Stefan
