We compared Beolab Pentas against M100s and felt the M100s were better - and that was using a BM5500! The 4400 is quite capable of driving difficult loads by the way - I prefer it to my 8000.

I would have the BV5 but would have Beolab 8000s at the front because they sound better. Beolab 6000s are fine at the rear though. You are of course completely correct that the BV7 route will have a more detailed picture and the sound from the Beolab 3s will also sound more detailed because it is brighter. However I am not sure that this will make your

By the way, to get back to the original post, have you tried formatting the card? Either in the BS2 or in a card reader. It has worked for me in the past.

Lab 5000s - up to £1000 for a good pair - Lab 3000/4500 - £500

I do remember listening to an audio visual presentation at the Palazzo Grassi (I think!) in Venice at the time of the Egyptian exhibition there. This was in a large room and the 4

No exact price that I have heard - however £999 would seem a possibility. I forgot to add, it has a really rather good currency converter on board!

Tricky!! You need a type 8623 to fit the Powerlink module to and I don't know if it is possible to fit this to an earlier one. This model was introduced in 2001. For a wiring diagram of a scart, look here. Not sure how useful that will be as I imagine the output will not be volume controlled.
