• Re: Beolab 3500 active speaker HELP!!!!!!
Search this forum for "BeoLab 3500 center speaker".
And in those threads, I believe the general opinion was that a BL3500 (like any integrated stereo speaker) will suck as a center due to combing effects etc...

  • Re: BG4002 Down! (Back up already)

Relay (and most switch) contacts always have a surface plating. Remove it, and the relay may work for some time, but depending on the current the contacts carry, it may only last a week or two before you're back at the beginning. • Re: Beo5 warning!!

As far as I understand, the display part contains almost all of the guts of the remote. After the repair process, you should essentially have a new Beo6, with wifi and all the future possibilities it brings. If they are really replacing the entire display and not just the glass, that is. (I thought you couldn't even buy a new Beo5 anymore?)

(And it's definitely not the one Graham was referring to.) The earlier 4002/6000 series 6000's all have the quad decoder (which doubles as a preamp).

  • Re: LOL !!

I have always liked the posts you can use around the floor to support the power and signal cables; apparently they don't like to touch anything or the sound suffers. These are very affordable: http://www.dedicatedaudio.com/inc/sdetail/4600
Searching the web the iPad seems to have problems with certain forums............. is this because of the way a forum is set up...... is it because the iPad doesn't display, say Adobe Flash, or some other reason?
http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/p/39224/325772.aspx#325772 It is indeed far from a Beoworld

  • Re: A +50 GBP worth Bang & Olufsen Brush

Looks like a generic lens brush you can have printed with anything you like. In quantity, I guesstimate $0.35 / pc F.O.B in China

  • Re: Beovision 1 LS, Humax Fox T2 HD, Digital to Analogue Picture Noise

This is typically due to video crosstalk in your SCART table. While you watch a SCART input, the same interface in the TV still outputs the programme from the analogue tuner or some other source. It then bleeds over to the picture you are actually watching. Your options: get a better quality, well shielded SCART cable (easier said than done) tune the
