Bingo: Unless B&O lowers their prices, it is not worth buying a new B&O flatpanel television. They are extremely overpriced for what they offer and the technical value is short with the fast improvements in AV-technology. TripEnglish is going to love this one.... I can smell the smoke already. Russ

Wow, are you ever getting every possible answer, only in a lot of bits and pieces. Let's see if we can straighten this all out. OK, one thing to try is a full reset. Unplug mains power from the BeoMaster for at least 10 minutes (may as well do the CD too), plug in the cd,k the the Master, and try again with the original cable. Russ

You're right, they don't pop off like many of the others. This will take a bit of patience, but it isn't too hard. Russ your hand down the side/edge of the grills and you will feel a series of openings (6-8 total I think, but don't quote me, you'll definitely feel them). You will have tp push a finger into each opening to release

In that set-up only the IR eye on the Video Master is active. Russ
