You have to be a little careful about the " Number of Members On-Line " because this is updated by a batch job which I have got currently set to run every 2 minutes on the server. Like others who have commented and taking into account all the points you have stated, I am afraid to say that this is almost certainly going to be a faulty tube. Replacing the EHT transformer may give a small boost for a short time, but that will not be the actual fault.

I can confirm that I have the files, but you did not say how you wanted the hard keys assigned ? i.e. what hard keys to what commands etc
