I know Graham - just thought I would add that the smallest RL sold for £50 recently so I would be looking at paying a lot more if mint but then if the proposed offer was for say £50! for the 7000s than I would buy them like yesterday!!!

I like them - and they look so much better than the 140 they replaced but they are big! A pair of 1000s recently sold for £50 on ebay... so take that into account... sure someone will have a better idea!

With conveniance comes cost I suppouse so if you are willing to overlook the "complications" that a component system brings than this is ideal and suits many to a T. With it being an obselete item I very much doubt they would have this information to hand... and would probably refer to a service engineer.

I am inclined to agree with Peter here! BUt I know next to nothing about electronics! Just to remind, the charger is for the stand and not the base unit. I will take some more photos to confirm later.
