Dear all, I´ve got a used Beosound 3200 and linked it to 2 new BL3 Speakers. The speakers are working - used them with a Pioneer receiver before (on the Pre-Out). The BS 3200 switches the BL3 on (light turns to green) and a very silent noise comes from the speakers, but no music. Volume is set to 30 and also tried with 40 already. PIN Code was

Hi Matthew, Would I hear a motor if the mechanism is broken? There is simply no hear/seaable response (expect the light). The light is going on once I move towards, but then never goes off again... Should not it turn off when the system is switched to standby? Greetings from Austria Heribert

Hallo, Die Lautstärke habe ich zwischen 25 und 40 getestet. Es tut sich nix. Kein Unterschied im leichten Brummen. Die Kabel sind ganz neu und original beigepackt bei den BL3. Diese haben vorher mit anderem Kabel am Pre-Out eines Pioneer Receiver super funktioniert - die BL3 sinds also nicht. Pin Code stimmt auch - habe ihn nun deaktivieren können

Dear all, Is there a way to find out if the doors are locked without a BEO4 remote? I have a used BS3200 and the doors simply do not open. If I move towards the system the light goes on, but the doors remain closed...

If you want to have good sound with a small speaker you should have a close look to Beolab 3. Listen to BL4000 and then BL3 - it is like you take a courtain beside. Sound is much clearer. If you never try a BL3 the BL4000 are good looking and well in terms of sound.
