The Beonic Man: I appreciate your replies soundproof and thank you for them. I don't really want to continue too much on this subject now because I have had enough for the day, but I will pick up on a few points. I have never used a MAC before. The MAC came pre-installed with Leopard although they have since told me that it should not have done

Puncher: Well............. I thought that went well I must apologise for sparking this thing off - I thought I was posting a humerous dig and from there it all seems to have gone pear-shaped. Very sorry - won't do it again I see the spell check on the PC is playing up!!

Actually going to leave this alone!! Alex - 10/10 - well thought out answers and being helpful. Simon - I wou;ld actually suggest that in future rather than ringing the store, try Apple Care. They are in my experience incredibly helpful and this is one area where Macs really stand out as they will help with all the Apple software and hardware rather

I am going to ask a silly question! How did the songs get there? What you can do is drag and drop. Open a Finder window and grab the Music Library file and drag it to the My Library bit on iTunes. Should load up then. Never heard of problems with wireless keyboards - I however always use a wired one.

There are always manuals needed!! We have most of the modern equipment in some form. However the earlier 70s and 80s user manuals are trickier. Anyone got a user manual for the Beocord 5000 (70s) and the Beomaster 2200 for instance!

It is all very awkward! Beoworld are duty bound not to distribute this software and B&O in the UK at least have instructed dealers not to do so either. Despite this, many customers have been given the software by dealers who have been unable to configure the software to the customer's satisfaction. B&O are , we believe, planning to release

A big thank you to Gerd who has sent us all the service manuals for the Beolab Penta - our previous ones were incomplete. We do have some wonderful members on here who always seem eager to help out!
