Hi You can buy them new from Soundsmith or you can buy 2nd hand ones on Ebay. Its possible to get a good 2nd hand one on Ebay. Soundsmith have the licence from B&O to produce the cartridges some of which are better than the original but they do come at a price. They will last a very long time. Hope this helps!

I'd also check the DIN plug of the cd player to see that the wires haven't come loose inside. Is the data link between the cd player and Beomaster working?

Hi Jacob Contact Dillen, technical adviser on Beoworld. He sells the lamp kits for the BM 1900. As he will surely suggest, you might as well replace all of the lamps whilst you have the unit open. Trust me its a lot of work taking it apart and putting it back together again but worth it a 100%!! Good Luck!!

Now i'm a bit confused. The display window i'm talking about is found above the up, down and sound signs on the panel. Does this not really serve a purpose? I was lucky to get one of the last panels from B&O but it was a 4500 panel with the extra window. You can see it with out shining something, if looking close.

Actually when it comes to the Beomaster there is a difference from the 4500 and 3500. The 4500 has an extra "display window" which I think is used for the timer. (I have a 3500) You can use a glass from a 4500 on a 3500 as you don't don't need the window as the 3500 doesn't have this function (Difference between 4500 and 3500)
