I let the shop fix it as it was still under warranty. But yesterday, the buttons stopped working again, and now the warranty has expired.

Hi all! Just bought a pair of BeoVox 1 speakers for my bath room. - Shouldn't they come with speaker cables? The BeoLink Passive came with two speaker plugs, but no speaker cables. - What is this plastic part?
