If the Beoworld Forum were hosted on a Mac I bet it wouldn't crash so often :P BTW - I have a VW (made in Mexico) two Macs and lots of B&O!

A 28" RF Avant is loads better than an MX6000. You want proof? The 28" BV3 is basically one of the big MXs in another case, whereas the 32" BV3 is a 32" RF Avant in another case. Guess which one commands a significant premium over the other...

Interesting question. I have just got a Beolab and Beomaster 5000 and am currently using some CX50s due to limited space in my home office. If I can be bothered moving things around I might try the Beolab 5000 with my Beovox Pentas in my home office, or with my MC120.2s in my bedroom. Long-term I would like to use the Beolab 5000 as a stand-alone main

Fleetwood beach has a great view of Heysham nuclear power station. Another plus is that you can still see it glowing when it's dark :P

I am the Beoworlder mentioned who replaced the 8 inch woofers from some MC120.2s with new Peerless ones. I would have refoamed the originals, but as one of the voice coils was fried anyway, I was in the market for at least one replacement woofer and thought what the heck and just bought two brand new ones. I had a commemorative decimal currency set as a kid, and think my mum and dad still have it somewhere. I was too late to witness the change personally (I'm 30), but still remember fondly the old 1/2 pence coins and £1 notes.
