Just a shame they don't do a silver one! I'd buy one tomorrow! I have a SMMC20EN for my 4004 which is very good though!

Just put the 1987 Beolink 1000 manual on which details the shift keys. Andy's Shift Phono is not there though!

I have the BS6500 manual in French with the BL7000 but not with the MCP6500. I have that one in German and Italian though!! I'll load what I have on site tonight!

Don't see why he is upset! He is going to be paid and will save having to lug the 5000 to a Post Office! Might even get some more money for the 5000 system.

It depends how deep the scratches are! Remember this will be a veneer finish so don't sand too hard. To finish, either use Danish or Teak oil, or beeswax. I use Danish oil personally.

You need to talk to Tim Jarman who is in Farnborough in Hampshire! He has just fixed my CD50 - now working a treat! Contact him at www.Beocentral.com . The service manual for the CD50 is actually on site though you need to be a silver or gold member. The Beocord will probably need new belts.
