To be honest, it is the controlling iTunes that is attractive as much as anything. If I get one, can I use it to control my link rooms somehow with the ability to browse through the iTunes library. An idiot's guide to how this might work would be useful - aim it low!!

I think to use this in other rooms, the device will have to be attached to your master audio unit. To all intents, this can be regarded as a cassette deck and so the same rules apply.

What sort of Powerlink cables are you using? They should be Mark 3 with the small triangle mark on the plugs. Beolab 3s are very sensitive to interference and the cables need to be the shielded ones.
