I have but not with Beovox 5000s. I have always plugged them in the back of them. I have used them with Redline speakers though and they were most impressive! Very useful for widening the soundstage. Quite bizarre in some ways as when you switch off the main speakers, the sound from the 2500s is hardly audible but switching the 2500s off when playing

You can just connect them to Speaker 2. There is a big capacitor in them to act as a filter for the lower frequencies. Try playing them by themselves and you will be shocked by how little information there is sent to them!
