bno desperately need to return to their core values , forget all this hi-tech twaddle most people who buy their stuff ( outside this forum ) don't have an idea how to work a mac / pc and the last thing they want / need is a media centre - that will just complicate stuff make it look fancy , fair enough , but keep the operation ultra simple and don't

audi's may well be decent cars , but they utterly lack prestige or 'image' and let's face it , that's wht bno are ALL about you don't get a lot more prestigious and image conscious than bang & olufsen , not even apple can match them for that

i really think bno should stop trying to compete technologically as they're completely out of their depth make the best tv's . speakers and hi fi they can and leave the tech stuff to people like apple who specialise in that kind of thing they can never beat them , so why even bother ?

i guess torben has excellent taste ! audi's as i've mentioned before are so boring and characterless that even volvo's are more interesting..i think it's a snub in audi's face that he drives a bmw - a very brilliant one at that! boring audi's don't say anything about the owner except - i can't afford a mercedes or a bmw

i think we should call it 'classic' bno not OLD i don't think anyone could call some of jacob jensen's masterpieces old looking , do you ? :) i still maintain that the 70's and early 80's gear was arguably the most futuristic looking a/v equipment ever made the real time tape counter on the beocords for example amazing !!!

we ALL know he's desperate to use os-x but apple won't let him look at the catalogues - featuring apple macbook pros - too funny it's really rather sad that bno have all these wonderful ideas for home integration technology and they're presented to the world via the utterly naff disaster that is windoze maybe they should follow sony's

you can get an s-video adaptor for the mac , and use that at the top rear , where the buttons are since the res is nowhere near that of an hdtv , s-video should be more than good enough i had a mini linked up to a sony crt and it looked ok personally , i'd think about using an lcd panel or hdtv as a monitor as the res ( 640 x 480 or thereabouts

he certainly won't endear himself to apple with those comments BIG mistake
