joeyboygolf: There are those shady characters around who will modify the firmware to make it multiregion, I think Lee knows of one. What are you implying!! There are fixes to allow this and available on the web. There seem to be both software and hardware fixes. Some dealers will arrange this for you though I don't think that Struer approves of

I suppose I am less excited as my broadband is not great though the thing my wife likes is the listen again facility at the BBC. However she has her own laptop and I bought her some wireless headphones so she wanders round the house chuckling to herself listening the Radio 7 repeats! Latest return is Claire in the Community - hilarious!

Should be fine though I am not so sure about the radio tuner part. The service manual for the 6500 is on site whivh could be helpful.

Committed Radio 4 listener!! I have got an Internet radio file but hardly ever use it! Good thought though!

No! That it how they were listed - this gram was for sale on eBay some time ago. I copied the pictures!

Martin is correct. When you take the metal panels off, you will be able to see the mechanism to damp the arm lower. this gets sticky with age and will need cleaning and relubricating. If you are not confident in pulling these decks apart, anmd the service manuals are on site, your dealer will often be happy to do this for you.
