Michael, welcome to Beoworld. I recommend a Beolink converter 1611 to get your BC9500 Masterlink ready. Maybe you want to add other ML products like Beovision, BL2000, Beolink active.... in future. You just need a 7pin Datalink cable, a 1611 converter and a Masterlink cable to connect the BL3500. Should work with all BL3500s...If you are using a two
Thank you both. As you can imagine Stefan, not what I wanted to hear but very useful information. I am still keen to pursue the MacMini as I like the integration and user interface that Linkplayer-Plex offers, however I will definitely not be purchasing one 'til I hear that someone has managed to get the simultaneous

For picture I used a HDMI splitter 1-4 (Gefen) and a HDMI-composite scaler (Gefen). For audio there was an optical-coax converter (Oehlbach) and a Philips

"Does BeoPlayer transfer photos as well?" Yes - and you can watch your photos via Beoplayer. Stefan

Completely agree with Stan. I`m using Beoplayer on my Macbook and my Mac mini via Parallels. Copying CDs lossless to BM5 is very easy, and you can wake up your BM5 from Beoplayer and play music wireless and simultaneously play N.MUSIC or N.RADIO in your Beolink system. Stefan

I got that solved by pressing the on/off switch at the back of the BM5 - maybe also try a recovery. Stefan
What Blueray player (Sony, Samsung, Pansonic ect.) are you using with your Beosystem 3 today? Does any player boot faster? Work better with the PUC? I have an old Samsung BD P 1400 and I am tired of waiting for the long start up time.
I can highly recommend the LG BD390 player. VERY fast start up - you can see
