ESTIMATED launch: Fall '07, so it should be end '07. I do not think it will be possible to lean codes, from another remote, but the dealer will program the Beo5 for you, if B&O knows the product, or you supply them with a list of IR codes.

Justin: Also, is the LCD touchscreen backlit - I can control a Beo4 in the dark, but with a touchscreen its somewhat harder! Yes it is completely backlit, also the keypad. There is no LIST button (as far as I remember), all options are available on the screen.

This has indeed been a fantastic tour, a true red carpet treatment. Very nice bag of surprices (brochures, bottle opener, a book, etc.). I will go to bed now, after 20 hours of BeoTour (if you include the dinner), and I am sure that I will have sweet dreams. PS. I was the first to use the Beo5 with the Beocenter 8500

Mike: I like the sound slowly fading out when I switch off my BV6. This goes for the light also. Dimming up/down not switching on/off, much more plesant for the eye.

Christian: Well, closer - but try : ['gi:de] ['] marks the pressure like in city =['siti] like in get [get] [i:] like in feel [fi:l] like in do [du:] like in let [let]. 9 LEE: I'd guess at "Geet" - but perhaps someone can advise?! Lee Not quite... the "i" sounds like an e, and the e is more flat like the first e in adverse. The two ts sounds like two ds when said rapidly. Confused?
