I have some green ones in mint condition. Let me know if you are interested.

I'm sure I could find a pair Olly. Send me a PM

The platter from a TX2 is identical mechanically to your 3300. It may be polished rather than matt/brushed but that doesn't matter. I have never had a RX2 so not qualified to pass comment. Do not clean the turntable from these record decks. The laquer/paint does not survive and there is no easy way back!!

Only if you can hear a difference between Mk1's and Mk2's. Personally I can only hear the marketing men at B&O laughing.

Thanks for that Dave, glad I was able to help.
Now the interesting thing is my current spare setup BM6000 LED, BG8002, BC9000 with Beovox S80.2 is next to the active system and how do you think the sound compares? Pretty much very alike. Do anyone agree?
I agree with Beaker, I would rather listen to S80.2's than either 8000's or 6000's.

Leave the dust cover on! The top plate cannot be "removed" rather, the top of the deck will open up rather like the hood on a car, to expose the inner workings. The hinge of the "hood" is on the LHS and the fixings are under the RHS (looking from the front) Here's how....... Remove the cartridge!!! Remove the platter and move

I have attmpted to answer in the Beogram section. @Mods I suggest this is moved as it is a duplicate

I suspect that the arms did not get adjusted to be like that. It is not an adjustment that is likely to change in any use. My feeling is that the cause is under the covers. Maybe the rods that the carriage runs on have become dislodged in transit to you. The front bar could be out of it's mountings which would cause this effect. Just a guess mind
