ok guys to sort this mess out i suggest the tim bobbin at the bottom of kiln lane in milnrow - station easy access rochdale etc by bus , loads of parking nearby railway station and aalso the m62 within 0.5 mile junc19 9i think!) problem sorted !! tony

Fabric stuck using contact adhesive before it has dried so that tension of the fabric can be maintained - system worked well over the 1.20m length on the side! Stand for Ouverture unfortunately doesn't move - the unit sits alongside an MX7000 tv under an open plan staircase - the disparity in heights of the bottom edge of the tv and Ouverture irked

Anyone watch the Wycliffe re runs over the weekend on ITV3 from around 1997 I think - saturday night around 8pm - one of the DI's was in his flat and in the corner was a white MX (probably 5500(?) on a stand c/w a vcr - fleeting glimpse/shot - a bit out of character I thought! tony

Used fabric from Wilmslow Audio - Broughton Astley(???) near Lutterworth google 'em they will send out samples - covered a pair of 6000 frets with dark green - fabric weave a little coarse but for personal consumption i do not have a problem with it - took about 2 hour all in ie stripping , cleaning up and reapplying - very theraputic! tony
