Christian, I understand your problem and I can confirm that the Beo5 can control the Future Automations lift product using NEC protocol without problems. Click HERE to download a working XML and HERE for an alternative layout version. The hard keys in these XML files are pre-assigned meaning it should be Plug-n-Play Extract from the ZIP file to C:\

As the version 4.20 STB-C chip has only recently been released, I am guessing very few people have had it installed yet. Having said that, the codes will be the same as the ones used in the latest version of the PUC, so I am guessing if the latest version of the PUC Apple entry works correctly, then there is a good chance that the chip version will

If that is the case, then the only conclusion we can draw from your feedback is the jack socket in the phone itself is damaged.
