Ich habe mir die gleiche Frage vor 1,5 Jahren gestellt, und dann ausgiebig probegehört. Schlussendich habe ich mich für die 8000er entschieden, weil sie meiner Meinung nach runder/ voller klingen, obwohl das auf Kosten der Klarheit geht. Des weiteren klingen die 8000er bei hoher Lautstärke weniger "anstrengend" als die 3er.

I have not read the complete thread, but I have to add my option to this issue. I will not buy any B&O product any more if they move parts of the production to China. I am willing to (and am doing it already) pay more because I know that it is made in Europe (Denmark). This is no question of qualitiy for me, but some kind of (european-) patriotism

Thanks for the song, Martin! The stereo-effects must have been extraordinary at the time the song came out. Translated lyriks would be interesting, if one of our danish-speeking members could do that, it would be great.
