Don't adjust anything. Does it show correct frequency when tuning below 97MHz ? And above ? Is there static noise above 97MHz or just silence ? Martin

Is it the same situation in both Aut. Tune and Man. Tune ? Check the "Signal condition" pin on the CPU. Martin

If the carriage moves left WHILE the tonearm lovers (so the needle lands in the music track rather than the lead-in), you will have to adjust the light sensor/interrupter as per the servicemanual. In your case the lamp may need a slight rearrangement. Find the exact point. The carriage is not allowed to move while the tonearm lowers but should do so

Welcome to Beoworld ! Nobody makes them. Fortunately, they can be taken apart, repaired/cleaned and they will be as good as new again. Martin

It's a 24V lamp so 21V sounds right. Current is 25mA I think. Martin

The black/white lead is not going to the FM preset module, I'm almost sure. Try to see if there is somewhere else it can go. New preset potentiometers cannot be found but I can find a good used one. Martin

The lamp sits inside the black square plastic housing right next to the brass damping cylinder. If the tonearm stops over the lead-in groove and lowers correctly, the IR and ruler is OK. However, it sounds as if the carriage does not follow the tonearms movement.
