The BeoLab 8000 is exactly the same height as the 9000 on a floor stand.. Any goon who Googles the BeoSound 9000 would see an image of them together!! I then click 'Reset and relaunch' but to no avail... the cycle starts again. I've (to my knowledge) totally de-installed BeoPlayer and Beoconnect (i have a BeoSound 5) - but still no luck.. How can i check i've totally de-installed BeoPlayer, and does anyone have any suggestions? Lee
