I've looked through all of the B&O IR codes in the Beo 5 Configuration Tool. Nothing seems to resemble "REG1" or "REG2." Perhaps they are listed as some other IR code or a string of codes?

I have two Apple TVs: one connected to my Beosystem 1 / Sim2 projector and another connected to my Avant in the bedroom. They will sync with each other so that you always have the same content on both setups, if you so choose. I previously had a mac mini connected to my Beosystem 1 as a media server, but greatly prefer the Apple TV. You can rip and

That's fantastic, Mr10Percent! I wonder if we might be able to program the "REG 2" command line into the Beo5. Do you know what the B&O IR command string might be?

Beoperson, I use an IR adapter with my PS3 in conjunction with a Lintronic code-converter. It works very well, short of the ability to turn the PS3 on and off with the Beo4/Beo5. There is another adapter available for $30 to $50 that does allow the ability to turn the PS3 on and off with the Beo4/Beo5. My understanding is that the later adapter actually

Make sure that you only have 480p and 1080i selected as your supported video resolutions in the ps3. The problem could be with the BS1's ability of only displaying either 480p or 1080i through the component inputs. Also, you might be losing the video sync when the ps3 switches from 1080i to 480p output when you start to play a dvd, in which case

Very "2001," indeed. The new white line of B&O also makes me think of the first season of "Space: 1999." Well done, Lee.

Keith, Any details on the extra functionality?

My dealer advised that the software revision was immediately recalled due to serious bugs and that it will be another 2 weeks before it's re-released.
