I got duped by them... I bought a complete CD mechanism for a Beocenter 9500, that was sold to me in perfect working order. I bought it for a spare knowing I'd need to replace mine. When it was installed it didn't work. I contacted them to let them know (more than once), and never got a response... I guess Buyer Beware!
