hi there i have just been looking thought my ref book and page 38 is not showing me anything about the external IR???? I did try the PUC lead in case that worked but nope. I already have a IR but no cable as i have the lead for connecting it to a passive. I cannot find the IR info in my reference book Thanks p.s page 37 is blank?

Heeeeelp Please Hello All I have the BV7 MK3 and there is a small jack plug connector for an external IR but my dealer cannot find it, does anyone know what the part number is? I have the IR sensor but need to correct cable. I know that when i used it with a beolink passive the cable is a din plug to IR and speaking to my dealer the one for the BS3

if you have a BV7 MK2 u need to use a scart lead for sound

hi there i had the same issue with my PS3 on BS7 in the BV7 The PS3 sends all signals down the HDMI but the tv always choose PCM. I disabled PCM on my PS3 and told it to only output digital and it was fine, i can check more settings later when i arrive back at home if you need a screen shoot of my PS3 settings.

why not use a mini sky box as log as you have a card in the box it works like a fewwview box and you already know where the channel numbers are. i have seen some pretty small sky boxes. edit: if you dotn have a card that is not used for a subscription i think you can buy a freeview card from sky for like £10

Well as said i went to the local dealer after work and popped in firstly i was shocked by the sound of the Lab9's i have never even turned my BV7 up that high before as i expect my speakers woudl blow up. i did notice the lack of "rumble" with surround sound but music is fantastic. i think i am stuck in a catch 22 Film is perfect with
