• Re: beotime - on time ?

There is a misinformation in the video because the reviewer said that it could control your light for wake up and according to the answer from Bang & Olufsen this is not possible! But display and user interface looks well worth the money!

  • Re: Ripping

If you already have to rip your CDs I suggest you do it on the Windows system with WMA-losless as this is the best audio quality you can get (beside WAV whicht does NOT support any ID tags). If you have your CDs ripped in WMA losless you can easily convert them to MP3 320kbit/s for all other systems! That's the way I would do it. And an important

As you're using a Mac, too it shouldn't be a problem as it is only one small checkbox in iTunes. I've installed Windows XP Pro and the Windows Media Player 11, too for ripping in
BV 7-32 use rather cheap chinese fan. Use the hoover to clean the fan - I would recommend to take off back cover - helps.
I would have thought that they use quality components ... !?

  • Re: beosound 5 wi fi set up

On your PC you should disable anything like firewalls (windows firewall or 3rd party programs like zone alarm etc.) and virus scanner to stop port blocking and see if it works! You don't need hours to transfer your music. Use an external USB-Harddisk (USB 2.0 Highspeed) and you'll save time! CD-Player: This sounds as the Beosound 5 is setup
